Safety operating procedures for axial flow mixers
Date: 2024-10-21Read: 10
1、 Operation steps
1. Adjust the speed of the axial flow mixer and the angle of the mixing blades to achieve the best mixing effect.
2. Add the materials that need to be mixed and gradually add them according to the normal process flow according to the process requirements.
3. During the mixing process, a certain degree of cleanliness should be maintained, and the mixing blades and the inner wall of the container should be cleaned regularly.
After the axial mixing is completed, turn off the power and discharge the mixture in the container completely.
2、 Operation precautions
Before operation, it is necessary to carefully check the equipment status of the axial flow mixer to ensure that all components are operating normally.
When adding materials, they should be reasonably matched according to the characteristics of the materials and equipment to avoid dangerous situations.
3. When stirring, the stirring speed and time should be controlled. Excessive stirring can affect the mixing effect and even cause equipment damage.
4. Regularly clean the equipment to maintain mixing efficiency and safety performance.
3、 Security measures
1. Wear necessary personal protective equipment such as gloves, goggles, etc. before operation.
2. Follow the safety regulations for equipment operation, do not overload or reverse operation, and pay attention to checking the electrical system and explosion-proof measures.
After the operation is completed, turn off the power, discharge the mixture, and clean and maintain the equipment.
If any abnormal situation is found during the operation, the machine should be stopped immediately for inspection, and the fault should be eliminated before restarting the equipment.
