1、 Installation and wiring
1. Environmental selection
It should be installed in a ventilated, dry, and non corrosive gas environment, avoiding strong electromagnetic interference or high temperature and high humidity areas. If the on-site environment is harsh (such as in a chemical workshop), waterproof and explosion-proof measures should be taken.
2. Wiring specifications
The power and signal lines should be connected correctly to avoid reverse connection, which may cause the equipment to have no output.
It is recommended to use shielded twisted pair cables for signal lines, which should be separately threaded or kept away from strong electrical lines to prevent interference.
The wiring holes should be sealed or installed facing downwards to prevent moisture from entering the electrical casing.
2、 Operation and maintenance
1. Preheating and Calibration
Preheat for 30 minutes after power on to ensure signal stability, and regularly verify accuracy (such as once a year). Intelligent devices can be calibrated through a HART controller.
2. Fault handling
Immediately stop the machine for inspection in case of abnormal output, and non professionals are prohibited from disassembling the circuit board.
Explosion proof areas require power outage before operation, and live maintenance is strictly prohibited.
3、 Wireless transmission optimization
1. Signal enhancement
In complex electromagnetic environments, priority should be given to multi band transmission (such as automatic switching between 2.4GHz and 433MHz) or relay networking technology to reduce data packet loss.
2. Data protection
The device should support local storage and retransmission mechanisms, temporarily storing data in case of network interruption, and automatically re transmitting after recovery.
4、 Other precautions
1. Avoid severe vibrations or falls to prevent damage to precision components.
2. Long term stability is affected by environmental temperature and humidity, and the probe needs to be cleaned regularly.
