Rubber stopper cleaning machine is a new type of modern pharmaceutical equipment used for the combined processing of multiple processes such as rinsing, cleaning, precision rinsing, silicon washing, sterilization, drying, automatic feeding and discharging of medicine bottle rubber stoppers. It can continuously complete the processing of each process in sequence under automatic control, and then automatically discharge the material. It has the characteristics of no sequence switching, no cross contamination, good quality, high efficiency, and low labor intensity. When selecting a cleaning machine, different models and specifications should be purchased first according to different requirements in order to meet the requirements.
2、 Design structure of key components
The key components of the cleaning machine include the cleaning cylinder (cage), cleaning water tank (cleaning box), inlet and outlet doors, water pipelines, vacuum pump, main transmission mechanism, and other components
3、 Cleaning process
The cleaning process of a cleaning machine refers to the entire process including feeding, rinsing, rough washing, silicification, rinsing, sterilization, drying, and automatic discharge. To compare the performance of a cleaning machine, firstly, the design functions of the main key components should be considered. Secondly, the technical level of each process should be analyzed. Thirdly, the quality indicators of moisture, cleanliness, sterility, etc. after each process should be maintained to ensure compliance with 'GMP' regulations. Below is an introduction to the process methods and requirements for each step.
4、 Sterilization process
1. Sterilization method: Wet sterilization
Wet sterilization is the use of saturated water vapor sprayed into a cleaning chamber to increase the cleaning temperature, typically 121 ℃± 1 ℃. And utilize the water in saturated steam to hydrolyze the stable polymer (calcium) in the spores. On the other hand, moisture is directly related to the denaturation of protein nucleic acids caused by hydrolysis. As long as the sterilization temperature is controlled at 121 ℃± 1 ℃ and a certain sterilization time is maintained during sterilization, a good sterilization effect can be achieved.
5、 Dry
After the above process, the rubber stopper is dried. It is necessary to remove the moisture on the surface and inside of the rubber plug. The moisture requirements for rubber plugs in the 'GMP' standard vary greatly depending on the purpose of the plug and the packaging process. So for the total processing time of various models and structures of cleaning machines, it is necessary to first distinguish the processing quality indicators and processing methods of each program, and cannot compare them solely based on numbers.
