1. Damaged emblem
The symptoms of periodic body emblem damage are mostly caused by the disc of the export star wheel. Specifically, one or several grooves in the upper disc of the export star wheel have developed cracks, punctures, deformations, wear, etc., which will tear, scratch, wrinkle, or collide with the upper part of the emblem; Similarly, a problem with one or several grooves in the lower disc of the export star wheel will damage the lower part of the emblem. In addition, foreign objects between the upper and lower wheels can also damage the emblem. Usually, the back label is smaller than the body label, so the likelihood of the back label being damaged by the export star wheel disc is also lower.
2. Label tilt
The symptoms of periodic label tilt are mostly caused by certain components on the grabbing drum. You can find the cause from the following components:
——The condition or adjustment of the pad under the grabbing clip is abnormal. For example, the cushion block has worn out; The gap between the cushion block and the standard palm is too large or too small; The cushion block cannot fit well with the finger clamp, etc.
——The grabbing clip is stuck with adhesive or adjusted abnormally. For example, one gripper can hold the label, while the other gripper cannot hold the label; The pinch finger is not in the center of the groove on the palm; The opening or closing timing of the pinch finger is incorrect; Fingers cannot fit well with the cushion block, etc.
——Sponge blocks are stuck with adhesive or worn or deformed.
——The clip spring on one of the gripper fingers has broken or jammed.
——The universal joint assembly of the labeling station is incorrect, that is, the markings on the universal joint are not aligned.
3. There is no adhesive on one side of the label
The periodic absence of adhesive on one side of the label (commonly known as "yin-yang label") is mostly caused by some errors in one of the label holders. You can find the reasons from the following:
——The label palm cannot roll the label on the front end of the label box normally. For example, the marking palm is rolled ahead or behind schedule; There is no hydraulic label on one side of the palm.
——The standard palm surface is not clean. For example, sticking insoluble dirt on one side of the standard palm.
——The standard palm is damaged. For example: already deformed or worn.
4. One corner of the label is adhesive free
The symptom of no glue on one corner of the periodic label is basically the same as the symptom of no glue on one side of the periodic label. In most cases, it is caused by deformation and wear of the label palm. Deformation refers to the bending of a certain corner, while wear refers to the wear and tear of a certain corner.
