1、 Efficient cleaning, derived from precision design
The Zhongyi fully automatic rubber stopper cleaning machine is specially designed for the washing, drying, and sterilization of (water) powder injection preparations and oral liquid rubber stoppers. The internal structure of the equipment is exquisite, mainly composed of a transmission spindle, a main rotating device, a cleaning cylinder, a cleaning box, a fan, a circulating water pump, a water filter, a water pipe moisture removal device, an electric heating, an air duct, and an electronic control part. When the rubber plug enters the cleaning machine, the cleaning cylinder is driven by the transmission spindle and the main rotating device to rotate steadily at a specific speed, causing the rubber plug to fully roll in the cleaning solution. The circulating water pump continuously sprays the cleaning solution purified by the water filter onto the surface of the rubber plug under high pressure. The mechanical flushing and dissolution of the cleaning solution work together to efficiently remove impurities such as dust and oil on the surface of the rubber plug.
2、 Intelligent control, precise grasp of processes
Its control system can be regarded as a core highlight. Using imported PLC programming controller, operators can easily set various operating parameters according to process requirements on the human-machine interface of the control panel. From the duration of washing, the intensity of high-pressure water spray, to the dosage of silicification treatment, the temperature and time of drying and sterilization, all can be precisely controlled. When the equipment is running, the human-machine interface displays the real-time running status of each device, and the monitoring screen dynamically presents the combination of running equipment steps, allowing operators to have a clear understanding of the entire process. PID temperature control technology constantly monitors the temperature of the drying and sterilization process to ensure precise and stable temperature control, meeting the strict temperature control requirements of drug production. Entering the sterilization stage, temperature changes are recorded in detail by the printer, providing complete and traceable data for the production process, in compliance with the new GMP, US FDA, and EU cGMP standards.
3、 Multiple processes, one-stop completion of processing
One significant advantage of this cleaning machine is that it can automatically complete multiple key processes inside the box. The rubber stopper undergoes rough washing to initially remove large particle impurities; Subsequently, it enters the rinsing and finishing stages, using pure hot distilled water (with a water temperature of about 60 ℃) to further remove fine dust under the rotation of the cleaning cylinder. The cleaned wastewater is discharged from the overflow port. After cleaning, perform silicification treatment to attach a uniform silicon layer to the surface of the rubber plug, improving its sealing and smoothness. Next, it enters the high-temperature and high-pressure sterilization stage, where various bacteria and microorganisms on the surface of the rubber stopper are killed under the conditions of 121 ℃ and 0.25MPa inside the tank. Finally, by combining electric heating with a fan, hot air circulation drying is carried out to reduce the moisture content of the rubber plug to the specified standard, and the discharge temperature is controlled at ≤ 50 ℃ for easy access and use in the future. The entire process is seamless, avoiding potential cross contamination caused by intermediate transitions and ensuring the quality of rubber plug treatment.
4、 Widely used to help improve pharmaceutical quality
The Zhongyi fully automatic rubber stopper cleaning machine is widely used in the pharmaceutical industry.
