The 63rd National Pharmaceutical Machinery Expo (Autumn 2023) will embark on a new journey from November 13th to November 15th, 2023 at Xiamen International Expo Center.

Product Introduction

The DQ series multifunctional utensil cleaning machine is a cleaning equipment developed and produced by our company based on the latest requirements of domestic and foreign users for the cleaning of medicinal utensils. It can complete the pre washing, cleaning, rinsing, and drying of items, achieving reproducible cleaning that can be recorded and verified. It meets the requirements of the new version of GMP, US FDA, and EU cGMP standards.

This cleaning machine has the characteristics of large capacity, easy cleaning, and high degree of automation. All technical indicators can reach or approach similar foreign products. At the same time, the equipment can be configured with a complete set of FDA compliant document systems, making it an ideal device for domestic biopharmaceutical manufacturers.

The fully automatic rubber stopper/aluminum cap cleaning machine is a specialized equipment required for pharmaceutical industry production. It is used for cleaning, silicification, sterilization, and drying rubber stoppers/aluminum caps required for powder injections, freeze-dried powder injections, water injections, oral liquids, and large infusion solutions. Through this machine, dirt and impurities on the surface of rubber stoppers/aluminum caps are removed, bacteria are killed, and drug production safety is ensured.

The SJMH/SLMH series fully automatic rubber stopper/aluminum cap cleaning machine is the fourth generation product of our company.
