1、 Problem: Inaccurate insertion
Reason analysis: Inaccurate buckle and plug
Solution: Correct the buckle.
2、 Problem: Bottle removal block
Reason analysis: The block does not move or is not synchronized
Solution: 1. Check if the fit on the transmission chain of the bottle cam is good.
2. Is the square pin on the bottle cam worn out
3. Check if the compression screw is loose
3、 Problem: Unable to open the conveyor track
(1) Reason analysis: 1. The main motor is not running
Solution: 1. Check if the main motor is burnt out
2. Check if the power supply circuit is loose
(2) Reason analysis: 2. The motor is running and the conveyor belt is not running
Solution: 1. Check whether the pulleys, bevel gears, and sprockets on the transmission chain of each transmission mechanism are worn or loose. If so, replace or adjust them.
2. Check whether the square pins inside each transmission mechanism are detached or worn.
4、 Problem: Bottle jamming
(1) Reason analysis: 1. The turntable does not enter the track bottle smoothly
Solution: Adjust the butterfly screws on the fence of the bottle sorting turntable to the appropriate width to ensure smooth bottle movement.
(2) Cause analysis: 2. Bottles stuck in the bottle entry and exit track
Solution: Adjust the four butterfly screws on the bottle entry and exit track to the appropriate width.
5、 Problem: High noise level
Cause analysis: Collision between the lower blocking track and the oscillating bucket
Solution: Adjust the distance between the oscillator and the lower plug track.
