Brief Introduction

The polyurethane prefabricated directly buried insulation pipe is mainly composed of three parts, namely, the working core pipe conveying fluid medium, the rigid polyurethane foam plastic insulation layer and the high-density polyethylene outer protective layer, which are closely combined from inside to outside through the equipment. Our company uses high-voltage polyurethane foam equipment imported from abroad to produce three in one buried insulation pipes with excellent overall performance. We strictly follow the shot blasting and rust removal process on the outer surface of the steel pipe and the corona treatment process on the inner surface of the high-density polyethylene outer protective pipe, thereby further improving the overall bonding performance of the insulation pipe.

Working principle of polyurethane prefabricated buried insulation pipe:

1. Anti corrosion coating: protects the outer steel pipe from corrosive substances, prolongs the service life of the steel pipe.

2. Outer protective steel pipe: protects the insulation layer from groundwater erosion, supports the working pipe and can withstand certain external loads, ensuring the normal operation of the working pipe.

3. Polyurethane foam layer: ensure the medium temperature, and ensure that the surface of the external protection pipe is kept at normal temperature.

4. The barrier and reflective layer shall ensure that the organic foam material does not enter the inorganic hard high temperature resistant layer; Reflect some heat from the high-temperature resistant layer.

5. Inorganic hard thermal insulation layer: resistant to high temperature, ensuring the interface temperature between organic thermal insulation layer and foam not to be carbonized.

6. Drag reduction layer: Ensure the free movement of the working steel pipe during thermal expansion and contraction.

7. Working steel pipe: Ensure the normal flow of the conveying medium.

Polyurethane buried pipelines are highly favored for their excellent performance, convenient construction, and long service life. Their structure consists of three parts: an outer protective layer, insulation layer, and anti leakage layer. The outer protective layer material is polyethylene, fiberglass, or other materials. There are three types of laying methods: direct burial, overhead, and trench laying. Our company has accumulated a wealth of experience in long-term polyurethane insulation and thermal insulation construction of pipe fittings, and its quality has reached national and standard standards, deeply trusted by customers. The characteristics of polyurethane insulated buried pipelines are:; Convenient construction, simple method, fast efficiency, low thermal conductivity, waterproof, anti-corrosion, anti-aging, etc. Compared with traditional trench laying pipelines, it has less infrastructure investment, higher economic benefits, and better extends the service life of pipelines The product is mainly used for centralized heating pipelines, refrigeration pipelines, industrial pipelines, etc.

The excellent performance of polyurethane rigid foam insulation materials is already very obvious, and polyurethane foaming is greatly affected by temperature. Foaming depends on heat. If there is no heat, the foaming agent in the system cannot evaporate, and thus cannot generate foamed plastics. Heat comes from two aspects: chemical reactions and environmental factors. The heat generated by chemical reactions is not affected by external factors, while the heat provided by the environment varies with changes in ambient temperature. When the ambient temperature is high, the environment can provide heat to the reaction system, which can increase the reaction rate and shorten the reaction time. It shows that foam is fully foamed, and the density of foam surface and core is close. When the ambient temperature is low (such as below 18 ℃), some of the reaction heat will be dissipated into the environment. Heat loss, on the one hand, causes the foam curing period to be prolonged, and increases the foam molding shrinkage (the lower the temperature, the higher the molding shrinkage); On the other hand, the amount of foam material is increased. The experiment shows that the foaming volume of the same foaming material at 15 ℃ is 25% smaller than that at 25 ℃, thus increasing the production cost of foam.
