Brief Introduction

Polyurethane prefabricated buried insulation pipe is a type of insulation pipe that has been vigorously developed in the 21st century. Compared with traditional insulation pipes, it has some similarities but many differences. What is the difference between them?

Analyze the differences from three aspects:
The first aspect is the architecture of polyurethane insulation pipes. The structure of polyurethane prefabricated buried insulation pipe adopts an inner protective layer, insulation layer, and outer protective layer from inside to outside. The inner protective layer is a steel pipe used for conveying media, which has good corrosion resistance and waterproof performance. The rigid polyurethane foam insulation layer between the steel pipe and the outer protective layer is made of pipe in pipe foaming technology to closely combine the three. The outer protective layer is a high-density polyethylene jacket. The insulation performance of polyurethane prefabricated buried insulation pipes is better than traditional insulation pipes, and the insulation and cooling effect is better.
The second aspect is industrial production. The polyurethane prefabricated buried insulation pipe adopts pre customization, which is more conducive to the practical production and life of insulation pipe application. It has great flexibility and adaptability, and can design buried insulation pipes with different parameters according to different needs.
The third aspect is from the perspective of laying methods. Traditional insulation pipes are laid in trenches and overhead structures, which result in high construction costs and long construction times. However, the polyurethane prefabricated direct buried insulation pipe adopts a direct buried laying method, which occupies less land, is easy and fast to construct, and is conducive to environmental protection. From these three aspects, we can clearly see the differences between polyurethane prefabricated buried insulation pipes and traditional insulation pipes. The laying method of polyurethane insulation pipes: It is necessary to carefully read and deeply understand the two laying methods for heating pipelines, namely the two methods of compensation and free direct burial laying. During construction, it is necessary to adapt to local conditions and combine with the requirements of the manufacturer to choose the appropriate method, so that the laying is both reasonable and ensures safety, reliability, and economic practicality during the construction process. Secondly, before construction, it is necessary to carefully inspect the polyurethane direct buried insulation pipe to see if its quality is qualified. If the quality is not a problem, then proceed with the installation of the polyurethane direct buried insulation pipe. Then, when installing the polyurethane buried insulation pipe into the trench we have dug, it is crucial to backfill with the specified thickness of sand during the burial process.

The laying of heating pipelines is divided into two methods: above ground and underground. The method of laying on the ground is a traditional and relatively economical approach. Due to its lack of contact with groundwater and soil, it is easy to operate and manage, and easy to locate and troubleshoot. However, for large-scale centralized heating systems, the heat loss from above ground installation is relatively high, especially with a significant impact on the urban environment. The laying of centralized heating pipelines underground is a common method, such as placing heating pipelines in trenches.

Due to the fact that the method of laying in the trench can ensure that the pipeline is not exposed, it can avoid the influence of rain, snow, and other factors on the pipeline. In order to solve the problem of free expansion and contraction of the pipeline under different temperatures, specialized pipeline connection devices can be installed in the trench, which is called trench laying. Compared to above ground installation, trench laying eliminates the need for above ground supports and other structures, solving the problem of occupying land. However, its cost is higher than that of above ground installation. At present, the direct burial laying technology of heating pipelines has developed rapidly, and many countries around the world commonly use this method.

Polyurethane insulation pipes can be buried deep underground and will not rot. We all know that many pipes gradually rot after being buried deep underground. This phenomenon will cause certain economic losses to people. Therefore, more and more people and construction teams are looking for insulation pipes with strong anti-corrosion properties. It is precisely because of such a huge market demand that a new industrial chain has emerged. Therefore, polyurethane insulation pipes that meet everyone's requirements have emerged. This pipe has strong corrosion resistance and will not rot even when buried deep underground during use.
