The light test chamber is manufactured in accordance with relevant provisions such as the chemical drug stability guidelines, and is used to provide a required temperature, light (or ultraviolet light) environment for evaluating the expiration date of drugs. It is suitable for pharmaceutical companies to conduct strong light irradiation tests or ultraviolet light irradiation tests on drugs and new drugs.

The precautions for using the light test box mainly include the following aspects:

1. Operational safety:

Wear protective goggles: Wear anti glare goggles during operation to protect vision.

• Avoid touching the device: When powered on, avoid touching other parts of the device to prevent danger

• Avoid frequent switching: Xenon lamp light sources are not recommended to be frequently switched on and off. The interval between each operation should be at least 8-12 hours to ensure equipment performance and service life

2. Environmental requirements:

Ventilation and drying: The equipment should be installed in a well ventilated, dry, sun free, and away from flammable and explosive materials

Temperature and humidity control: The operating environment temperature of the equipment should be between 5-35 ℃, and the humidity should not exceed 85%, ensuring that the temperature and humidity of the surrounding environment are within the allowable range of the equipment

3. Equipment maintenance:

• Regular cleaning: Regularly clean the inside of the test chamber, wipe it with a dry cloth or alcohol, and avoid using corrosive solutions

Check water level: Ensure that the water level in the storage tank is maintained and not lower than the water level at the interface of the submersible pump to prevent dry burning and damage to the submersible pump and heating pipe

Regular maintenance: For about six months, the compressor inlet needs to be dusted to ensure the normal operation of the equipment

4. Parameter settings:

• Reasonable parameter setting: Based on experimental standards or customer needs, set UV radiation intensity, wavelength, exposure time, temperature, humidity and other parameters reasonably to avoid sample damage or equipment failure caused by extreme conditions
