Heilongjiang Dier Pharmaceutical Machinery Co., Ltd. is located at No. 16 Zhonghua Road, High tech Zone, Jiamusi City. Its predecessor was the state-owned Jiamusi Pharmaceutical Machinery Factory, which was founded in 1971. It has nearly 50 years of production history and was transformed into a joint-stock private enterprise in 1997. It is currently the main manufacturer of pharmaceutical equipment such as traditional Chinese medicine pills, suppositories, and drug packaging at home and abroad, a high-tech enterprise in Heilongjiang Province, a traditional Chinese medicine machinery engineering technology research center in Heilongjiang Province, the chairman unit of the China Pharmaceutical Equipment Industry Association, and the birthplace of many new products such as Chinese medicine pill making machines, suppository filling machines, and small and large pill linkage lines.
The new factory area of the company covers an area of 22000 square meters, with a building area of 15000 square meters and nearly 100 sets of various CNC and mechanical processing equipment. There is a 2400 square meter testing center located in Yanjiao, Beijing, which provides a complete set of process equipment performance tests for domestic and foreign customers free of charge. There are product after-sales service centers located in Beijing, Guangzhou, and Hong Kong.
The main products of the company include six series of products, including single machine and complete sets of equipment for the production of small and large Chinese medicine pills, suppository production equipment, microwave and hot air drying sterilization equipment, drug packaging and complete sets of equipment for the production of ass hide glue. Our products have been exported to more than 20 countries and regions, with nearly 80 national inventions and utility models. Our main products have received funding from the National Innovation Fund for Small and Medium sized Enterprises, the National Torch Project, and have won national and provincial science and technology progress awards multiple times. It is the drafting unit for multiple national industry standards such as "Chinese Medicine Automatic Pill Machine", "Fully Automatic Suppository Filling and Sealing Unit", "Plastic Bottle Packaging Production Line", and "Microwave Drying Sterilization Machine".
The company has established long-term strategic partnerships with well-known domestic and foreign enterprises and universities such as Beijing Tongrentang and Harbin Institute of Technology Robot R&D Center, jointly developing new types of traditional Chinese medicine pill machines, suppositories and other pharmaceutical equipment. It has successively developed multiple advantageous products such as traditional Chinese medicine pill linkage lines, large honey pill wax shell packaging production lines, fully automatic suppository filling machines and fully automatic cutting machines, providing advanced automation equipment and complete technical solutions for domestic traditional Chinese medicine pill and suppository production enterprises.
The Chairman of the company, Engineer Gao Chuan, is a recipient of the State Council Government Special Allowance and the Chairman of the China Pharmaceutical Equipment Industry Association. He has been working on the front line of new product development for many years and is currently leading the R&D team to develop and design new intelligent traditional Chinese medicine equipment.
