The rotary multidimensional powder mixer is a new product independently developed by our company, used for mixing various powders in the pharmaceutical, chemical, and food industries. It is a new generation of powder mixing equipment.
The rotary multidimensional powder mixer is divided into two structures: those without spiral blades in the bucket and those with spiral blades in the bucket, with models XH and XHJ.
The mixing bucket rotates around the horizontal line and also rotates on its own axis, forming a rotating multi-dimensional mixing state. The medicinal powder in the bucket achieves comprehensive shear, convection, and diffusion, resulting in good mixing uniformity.
The XH type bucket has no transmission components or clearance friction, no pollution or leakage, and is suitable for mixing materials with lower viscosity. The XHJ type bucket is equipped with rotatable propeller blades, which are suitable for mixing materials with higher viscosity.
