The operation and maintenance of the three roll large honey pill machine must strictly follow the specifications to ensure the quality of the pills and the service life of the equipment. The specific process is as follows:

1、 Standardize operational procedures

1. Material pretreatment

Mix the medicinal lumps according to the ratio of medicinal powder to honey (usually 7:10), knead until they are not sticky or cracked. If they are too soft, add medicinal powder, and if they are too hard, add honey.

Honey refining requires heating over low heat until it bubbles and changes color, cooling to a suitable temperature, and then mixing with the powder.

2. Equipment startup and debugging

Check the integrity of the power supply (220V/50Hz) and accessories, install the pressure rod, and connect the power supply.

Idle for 1-2 minutes to confirm normal operation, adjust the roller gap pressure to match the softness and hardness of the medicine lump, and avoid material jamming or pill deformation.

3. Pill making operation

Put the medicine pellet into the extrusion port and pre press it into a cake, then feed it into the pill making port. Press the pressure rod at a constant speed to cut the medicine strip into pills through the roller shaft.

The photoelectric fixed length system controls the cutting length of the medicine strip and promptly cleans the residual medicine residue of the shaft knife to prevent blockage.

2、 Core maintenance points

1. Daily cleaning

After shutting down, unplug the power and clean the gaps between the shaft cutter and polishing ball with a brush. It is strictly prohibited to spray water or apply oil.

Wipe the stainless steel body with a dry cloth, and the residue of the medicine residue is prone to corrode the roller surface.

2. Regular maintenance

Add food grade lubricating oil (anhydrous edible oil) to the oil hole every shift.

Check the sealing of the hydraulic system weekly and replace damaged oil seals to prevent leakage.

3. Key component maintenance

Regularly calibrate the parallelism of the roller shaft to avoid uneven pill size caused by eccentric wear.

Timely repair the worn roller surface by welding, and immediately stop the machine for inspection if the bearing temperature rises abnormally.

3、 Safety and Storage

It is strictly prohibited to reach into the pill making area during operation. In case of a malfunction, power off first and then clear the stuck material.

The equipment should be stored in a dry and ventilated place with an ambient temperature of 5-40 ℃ and humidity ≤ 90%.
