The operating precautions for the high-speed linear capping machine should include pre startup inspection, standardized operation process, safety protection, daily maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure stable operation of the equipment and personnel safety.
Pre startup inspection and preparation
Before operation, a comprehensive inspection of the equipment status should be conducted, including confirming that the power supply voltage fluctuation does not exceed 10%, and if necessary, a stabilized power supply should be equipped. Check if the capping machine mold matches the bottle mouth specifications to ensure that the filling machine and capping machine operate in the same direction. At the same time, check if there are any loose or foreign objects in the moving parts such as conveyor belts, chains, and gears, and adjust the height and clamping force of the bottle clamp to adapt to the material of the bottle body. The stacking thickness of bottle caps in the hopper of the lid straightener should not exceed 150 millimeters to avoid insufficient supply of caps due to insufficient quantity
Operation process specification
During operation, strict adherence to operating procedures is required, and operators must wear protective gloves, goggles, and other equipment. It is strictly prohibited to put hands into the interior of the machine. By manipulating the screen to monitor the status of the equipment, alarm signals such as "screw cap machine door not closed" and "low air pressure" need to be promptly processed. When adjusting the friction and speed of the capping wheel, it should be fine tuned according to the shape of the bottle cap and production volume, and ensure that the tension of the conveyor belt is appropriate. During production, a dedicated person is required to be on duty and observe the operation status of the equipment at all times to avoid maintenance or adjustment during high-speed operation.
Safety protection measures
The equipment must be equipped with a sensitive emergency stop button and its effectiveness must be checked regularly. It is strictly prohibited to touch the conveyor belt, capping wheel or forcefully close the bottle cap while the machine is running. The work area should be kept clean and no debris or materials should be piled up inside the machine. Operators need to undergo professional training and be familiar with emergency response procedures. If there are any abnormal sounds, odors, or bottle caps falling off, they must immediately stop the machine for troubleshooting.
Daily maintenance and upkeep
Regularly perform daily maintenance, including cleaning components such as couplings and chain blocks, and adding lubricating oil to parts equipped with oil pots. Check the integrity of the sealing ring to prevent liquid leakage. Long term maintenance requires tightening the base screws annually, checking the stability of the circuit and power supply, and regularly replacing vulnerable parts such as sliders and guide rails. After shutting down, clean the equipment, cut off the power, and implement 5S management.
Fault handling and emergency response
If any abnormalities are found in the equipment (such as abnormal noise, stuck caps, or broken bottles), the machine should be stopped immediately for inspection, and forced operation is strictly prohibited. After clearing the fault, it is necessary to confirm that the safety device is functioning properly before restarting. For sensor faults or parameter abnormalities, manual operation or parameter setting modules can be accessed through the control interface for adjustment. After production is completed, promptly shut down the machine, clear the count, and record the operating status.
