What is the working principle of aluminum foil sealing machine?
The aluminum foil sealing machine outputs high-frequency current generated by the oscillation source to the induction head through feedback amplification, shaping, and driving power module. When a metal aluminum foil approaches the induction head, eddy currents are generated on the foil to generate heat. The degree of heat generation is determined by the strength, frequency, and duration of the eddy currents. The whole machine is equipped with a self checking function to detect power stability, over-current, over-voltage, and over temperature control protection, as well as phase locking. The power is adjustable. The cooling system adopts dual water cooling self circulation, which cools the induction head and power module separately. This machine is equipped with a far-infrared aluminum foil detector that can automatically remove aluminum foil when there is no aluminum foil inside the cover.
