What are the main components of a lifting conveyor?

This machine adopts a lifting and conveying form from low to high, mainly used for material conveying in industries such as medicine, food, and chemical. It can be connected to other equipment to form a production line.
The main structure of the lifting conveyor includes the following parts:
♦ Head: The head is the feeding part of the elevator, usually composed of a feeding port, head wheel, and conveying medium (such as chain or belt). The material enters the machine head through the feeding port and is then driven upward by the conveying medium.
♦ Tail: The tail is the discharge part of the hoist, usually composed of a discharge port, tail wheel, and tensioning device. After the material reaches the tail of the machine, it is discharged through the discharge port.
♦ Drive device: The drive device is the power source of the hoist, usually composed of a motor, reducer, and coupling. It drives the movement of the conveying medium through a transmission device such as a chain or belt.
♦ Conveying medium: Conveying medium is the core component of the elevator, usually composed of chains or belts. It transports animal materials upwards through a driving device.
♦ Protection device: The protection device is mainly used to protect the safety and stability of the hoist, usually including circuit breakers, limit switches, anti-collision devices, and anti blocking devices.
