The wide application of backwash self-cleaning filters

The backwash self-cleaning filter is used to filter and intercept particle impurities in low viscosity liquids. The filter adopts a wedge-shaped mesh or composite sintered mesh as the filter element, with a filtration accuracy of 25-3000 microns, while ensuring a high filtration rate of pollutant particles in the process medium.
Backwash self-cleaning filters are mainly used in the following industries:
1. Industrial circulating water filtration: it can be used on the water supply and drainage pipelines of equipment with definite requirements for water quality, such as cooling towers, rolling mills, continuous casters, polishers, electric ion exchangers, spray, heat exchangers, etc., to filter out impurities in water and prevent parts from blocking;
2. Raw water treatment: It can filter and remove sand, bacteria, algae, organic matter, etc. from surface river water, lake water, seawater, reservoir water, well water, and groundwater; Used for water filtration in boiler wet dust removal; Used for filtering seawater;
3. Cooling water treatment: water filtration in cooling towers, makeup water systems, air conditioning systems, and DC systems to reduce the generation of sediment in heat exchangers and maintain their cooling effect; Power plants provide cooling for steam turbines;
4. Metallurgical, petrochemical, food and pharmaceutical industries: liquid, industrial wastewater, and emulsion regeneration and waste oil filtration treatment; Continuous casting water, blast furnace water system, high-pressure water phosphorus removal system for hot rolling;
5. Paper industry: widely used for filtering clean water, equipment sealing water, spray water, dry mesh cleaning water, and cooling circulating water, taking care of nozzles, mesh fabrics, vacuum pumps, etc. in paper equipment, and reducing faults caused by blockage and wear.
