Electric suction filterworking principle
Water enters through the inlet, first passing through a coarse filter to remove larger impurities, and then reaching a fine filter. During the filtration process, the fine filter gradually accumulates dirt and impurities in the water, forming a filter impurity layer. As the impurity layer accumulates on the inner side of the fine filter, a pressure difference is formed on the inner and outer sides of the fine filter. When the pressure difference of the filter reaches the preset value, the automatic cleaning process will begin, during which the clean water supply continues to flow. The cleaning valve opens, and the water pressure in the cleaning chamber and the suction pipe drops significantly. Through the pressure difference between the filter cartridge and the suction pipe, a suction force is generated between the suction pipe and the cleaning chamber through the suction nozzle, forming a suction process. At the same time, the electric motor drives the suction pipe to spiral along the axial direction.
Cleaning Method
When water flows through the filter, impurities in the water gradually accumulate on the surface of the filter, resulting in a water pressure difference between the inlet and outlet pipes. When the pressure difference reaches the preset value of 0.05Mp, backwashing starts. The suction scanner is driven by a motor and moves in a spiral motion around the filter screen. The suction port on the scanner sucks up impurities and particles through the motion and discharges them through the drain valve, but does not touch the filter screen. The cleaning process takes 30-60 seconds. According to the requirements for water quality, there are various filtration accuracies for suction type (500-30 microns).
Control method
The filter is equipped with a differential pressure switch and an integrated controller. When the water difference reaches the preset value, the pressure difference switch is activated, and the electronic control system enters the backwash program. The recoil time can be preset by the integrated controller.
