1. Check the equipment: Before operation, check whether the equipment is intact and whether all components are working properly. Especially check whether the filter bag is damaged, whether the sealing ring is aged, and whether the valve is flexible.
2. Install filter bag: Place the filter bag into the filter housing, paying attention to the direction and position of the filter bag to ensure good sealing between the filter bag and the housing. Then fix the filter bag on the shell to prevent it from falling off during use.
3. Connecting pipes: Connect the inlet and outlet pipes to the inlet and outlet of the filter, paying attention to the connection method and tightness of the pipes to prevent leakage.
4. Open the valve: Open the inlet and outlet valves to allow liquid or gas to enter the filter for filtration. During the filtration process, the pressure gauge of the filter should be observed to ensure that the pressure is within the normal range.
5. Cleaning filter bag: When impurities accumulate on the filter bag to a certain extent, it is necessary to clean the filter bag. Close the inlet and outlet valves, open the drain valve, and discharge the filtrate. Then rinse the filter bag with clean water until the filtrate becomes clear. Finally, close the drain valve, open the inlet and outlet valves, and continue filtering.

1. Regular inspection: During use, the working status of the equipment should be checked regularly, such as whether the pressure gauge, valves, filter bags, and other components are working properly. Any problems discovered should be promptly addressed to prevent them from escalating.
2. Replacing filter bag: The filter bag is the core component, and its service life directly affects the filtering effect of the filter. Therefore, the filter bag should be replaced regularly according to its usage. Generally speaking, the service life of filter bags is 1-2 years. When replacing the filter bag, attention should be paid to selecting a filter bag with the same specifications and material as the original filter bag to ensure consistency in filtration effect.
3. Cleaning the shell: During use, the shell may accumulate some impurities and dirt. In order to maintain the cleanliness of the shell, it should be cleaned regularly. When cleaning, rinse with clean water or neutral detergent, and be careful not to damage the surface of the shell.
4. Maintenance of valves: Valves are an important component, and their working condition directly affects the operational effectiveness of filters. Therefore, valves should be inspected and maintained regularly. During inspection, attention should be paid to the sealing performance and switch flexibility of the valve; During maintenance, lubricating grease can be applied to reduce valve wear.
5. Training operators: Operators should possess certain professional knowledge and operational skills. In order to ensure the normal operation and service life of the equipment, operators should be trained to familiarize themselves with the structure, performance, and operation methods of the equipment.
