How to apply ultrasonic vibrating screen in the abrasive industry
Date: 2024-10-14Read: 3
Ultrasonic vibrating screen is a new type of vibrating screen that has been improved based on traditional rotary vibrating screen (circular vibrating screen) and specifically designed for the characteristics of fine powder, micro powder and other products, namely ultrasonic vibrating screen.
In addition to the rotary vibrating screen machine, one or more sets of ultrasonic systems are also installed, which roughly include transducers, power control systems, and the mesh structure is different from ordinary rotary vibrating screens. The fine screen mesh has better tension.
Abrasive is a sharp and hard material used to grind the surface of softer materials. Abrasives are divided into two categories: natural abrasives and artificial abrasives. According to hardness classification, it can be further divided into two categories: superhard abrasives and ordinary abrasives. The range of abrasives is very wide, from softer household detergents and gemstone abrasives to the hardest material diamond. Abrasive is the material used to manufacture every precision product. In the abrasive industry, vibrating screens can be said to be essential. From the initial rotary vibrating screen, linear screen, impact screen, to laboratory inspection screen, and now to the mass-produced ultrasonic vibrating screen, it involves various varieties and industries. Among them, the most widely used is undoubtedly the photovoltaic industry in recent years - the screening of silicon carbide micro powder.
Before packaging the finished product, silicon carbide and similar abrasive micro powders need to undergo screening technology. Generally, it involves fine screening to remove impurities and large particles. Ordinary rotary vibrating screens can only screen up to a fineness of about 250 mesh, and even finer ones cannot be separated. Therefore, the birth of ultrasonic vibrating screens has created conditions for the reprocessing of fine products in the abrasive industry. Our company's ultrasonic vibrating screen is used by customers on site, and the 1000 model can screen 500 mesh silicon carbide micro powder at a rate of 800-1000kg/h, truly realizing the industrial screening production of fine powder in the abrasive industry.
