• Purpose and Characteristics

Reaction pots have the advantages of high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, and strong production capacity, and are widely used in industrial sectors such as pharmaceuticals, beverages, chemicals, pigments, resins, and scientific research.

• structural characteristics

The reaction pot consists of a pot body, pot cover, stirrer, heating jacket, support and transmission device, shaft seal device, etc. The pot body, lid, mixer, shaft seal, etc. are all made of Icr18Ni9Ti stainless steel.

The pot body and pot cover are connected by flange sealing. There is a discharge hole at the bottom of the pot body, and a stirrer inside the pot. There are process pipe holes on the pot cover for feeding, stirring observation, temperature and pressure measurement, steam extraction and distillation, and safe venting.

On the upper welding bracket of the pot cover, a reducer and motor are installed, and the agitator inside the pot is driven by a transmission shaft. The shaft seal device is located on the top of the pot cover.

The heating jacket is equipped with inlet and outlet oil (steam) temperature measurement, steam vent valve, electric heating rod and other connecting holes.

Due to different production processes and operating conditions, users may have different requirements for the pot lid process opening, mixing type (including paddle type, anchor type, frame type, spiral type, etc.), support type (suspension type or support type), and packing sealing device. They can contact our factory for separate design.

• Usage and maintenance

When using a reaction pot, the refrigerant inlet valve must be closed, the remaining refrigerant in the disease prevention pot and jacket must be placed, and then the material must be input. The mixer should be started, and then the steam valve and electric power supply should be turned on. After reaching the desired temperature, the steam valve and electric power supply should be turned off first. After 2-3 minutes, the mixer should be turned off. After processing is completed, the remaining condensed water in the pot and jacket should be drained, and the sticky material should be washed away with warm water as soon as possible. Then, the inner wall of the container should be thoroughly cleaned with 40-500 ° C alkaline water, and rinsed with clean water. Especially when there is no material (heat absorbing medium) in the pot and the pot is empty, the steam valve and electric power supply should not be turned on. Special attention should be paid to using steam pressure, which should not exceed the rated working pressure.

Regular attention should be paid to the working condition of the entire equipment and reducer when maintaining the reaction pot. If the reducer lubricating oil is insufficient, it should be replenished immediately. The electric heating medium oil should be replaced every six months. Safety valves, pressure gauges, temperature gauges, distillation holes, electric heating rods, electrical instruments, and other parts such as the jacket and pot cover should be checked regularly. If there is a malfunction, they should be replaced or repaired immediately. When the equipment is not in use, it is necessary to thoroughly clean the inner and outer walls of the container with warm water, regularly scrub the pot body, keep the exterior clean and the inner pot bright, and achieve durability.
