1. Dust particle testing
Dust particle testing is usually operated with the fan turned on but not in heating mode, and attention should be paid to the length and curvature of the conduit from the sampling point to the particle counter.
If necessary, the test can also be conducted in both heating and cooling states. When testing at high temperatures, the test conduit should be connected to a heat exchanger to cool the air entering the particle counter.
2. Differential pressure test
The airflow and temperature distribution inside the dry heat sterilization cabinet are affected by the indoor pressure difference. The determination of the pressure difference should be based on the system design requirements, and the pressure difference between the chamber and the external environment should be confirmed.
3. No load heat distribution test
The study of temperature distribution under no-load conditions is to confirm the uniformity of the heating medium. The temperature probe used for testing should not come into contact with the inner surface of the chamber, and at least one thermal distribution probe should be placed near the temperature control probe.
4. Leak testing
ovenThe air outlet system must ensure compliance with clean air standards, therefore its filters should undergo regular integrity testing.
The high-efficiency filter itself may be damaged by high temperatures to produce suspended particles, and the heating and cooling rates during use also have a significant impact on the lifespan of the filter. During the testing period, the key and important parameters of operation should be determined and recorded, and at least 10 calibrated test probes should be selected. This test should be conducted continuously for 3 times to demonstrate the reproducibility of thermal distribution.
