Process principle of fully automatic CIP cleaning equipment
Date: 2025-03-31Read: 7
The working principle of the fully automatic CIP cleaning equipment is based on cyclic flushing, chemical agent action, and automation control technology, achieving in-situ cleaning of pipelines, containers, and other equipment. The core process can be divided into the following steps:
1、 Automatic configuration and delivery of cleaning solution
1. Automatic liquid dispensing
The system automatically prepares cleaning solutions (such as acid-base solutions) according to preset programs, precisely controls the concentration through a metering pump, and uses a conductivity meter to monitor liquid parameters in real time.
2. Heating and transportation
The cleaning solution is heated to the set temperature by a plate heat exchanger or steam coil, and then transported to the interior of the equipment to be cleaned by a sanitary centrifugal pump. The flow rate and pressure are automatically adjusted by a PLC.
2、 Circulating flushing and cleaning function
1. Mechanical erosion
The high-speed flowing cleaning solution forms turbulence in pipelines and equipment, and removes surface dirt (such as residues and microbial films) through flushing force.
2. Chemical dissolution
The chemical agents in the cleaning solution dissolve, disperse or oxidize with dirt, accelerating the removal of stains.
3. Collaborative mechanism
The synergistic effect of thermal energy (temperature control), mechanical energy (erosion intensity), and chemical energy (chemical activity) enhances cleaning efficiency.
3、 Waste liquid recycling and reprocessing
1. Waste liquid filtration
After cleaning, the waste liquid is filtered through components such as ceramic membranes or mechanical filters to remove impurities and recover reusable cleaning solution.
2. Recycling utilization
The system will re inject the filtered cleaning solution into the storage tank, replenish the new solution, and enter the next round of cleaning cycle to reduce resource waste.
3. Emission control
The ineffective waste liquid is discharged after neutralization treatment, which meets environmental protection requirements.
4、 Automated Control and Monitoring
1. Programmatic control
PLC and touch screen achieve full process automation operation, including setting and adjusting parameters such as cleaning time, flow rate, temperature, etc.
2. Real time monitoring
By using online detection equipment such as conductivity meters and temperature sensors, the concentration and temperature of the cleaning solution are ensured to be constant.
3. Data recording and tracing
The system automatically records key data of the cleaning process (such as time, conductivity curve), supports printing or exporting, and facilitates quality traceability.
5、 Equipment structure composition
1. Core components: cleaning solution storage tank, transfer pump, reflux pump, heat exchanger, filter, control cabinet.
2. Material requirements: Stainless steel material (inner wall Ra ≤ 1.0 μ m), hygienic design to avoid secondary pollution.
3. Pipeline design: Multi branch circulation pipeline, suitable for different cleaning program requirements.
The fully automatic CIP system achieves efficient and energy-saving closed-loop cleaning through the above process, and is widely used in industries such as food, pharmaceuticals, and beverages.
