A constant temperature incubator is a general term for a type of constant temperature chamber. Widely used in scientific research departments such as healthcare, pharmaceutical industry, biochemistry, industrial production, and agricultural science, its main function is to cultivate various microorganisms, tissues, cells, and other living organisms. Daily maintenance of the constant temperature incubator is also very important:
1. Keep the surface of the incubator clean and beautiful.
2. The incubator should be placed indoors with good ventilation conditions, and no flammable or explosive materials should be placed around it.
3. The items inside the box should not be placed too tightly, and there must be space left.
4. The inside and outside of the box should be kept clean, and it should be cleaned after each use. If it is not used for a long time, it should be covered with a dust cover and placed in a dry room.
5. Equipment management personnel shall conduct metrological calibration according to the calibration plan and regularly inspect the temperature control situation.
When the ambient temperature is high in summer and the set temperature is below 40 ℃, "air conditioning" should be used to reduce the ambient temperature (25-28 ℃, which must be maintained at night) to avoid temperature control.
7. The incubator should not be placed in high temperature or humid places, and should be protected from direct sunlight.
8. Regularly add lubricating grease to the fan inside the incubator.
9. If not used for a long time, the water in the water jacket should be drained, neutral grease or Vaseline should be applied to the plated parts to prevent corrosion, a plastic dust cover should be placed outside the incubator, and the incubator should be placed in a dry room to prevent the temperature controller from being damaged by moisture.
