The dry heat sterilization cabinet is suitable for sterilizing and removing heat sources from heat-resistant materials such as serum bottles, penicillin bottles, glassware, metal containers, and spare parts in the pharmaceutical industry. It meets the requirements of the new GMP, US FDA, and EU cGMP standards. According to the requirements of different processes of users, it can be divided into dry heat sterilization box and purified dry heat sterilization box.
The main structure of the dry heat sterilization cabinet:
1. Cavity
Used for storing items that require sterilization treatment, it operates in a high temperature and high pressure state, with pressure and temperature sensors inside. There is a condensate discharge outlet at the bottom, and the condensate is discharged through a pipeline system.
2. Jacket
Wrapped outside the chamber of the dry heat sterilization cabinet, it is filled with high-temperature and high-pressure steam during operation, providing insulation for the chamber of the dry heat sterilization cabinet.
3. Chamber door and sealing ring
The chamber door of the dry heat sterilization cabinet is powered by compressed air and opens by its own gravity. When working, the chamber door is closed under the drive of the compressed air cylinder, and the high-pressure steam input from the pipeline system presses the sealing ring against the chamber door, sealing the chamber of the dry heat sterilization cabinet from the outside.
4. Pipeline system
During the sterilization process, there are channels for steam, sterile air, and condensate, as well as components such as pressure gauges, safety valves, vacuum pumps, cooling water tanks, heat exchangers, and flow limiting valves.
5. Electrical system
Refers to components such as solenoid valves, pneumatic valves, pressure switches, etc.
6. Control system
The electronic control system for the entire sterilization process.
7. Steam generator
Used to generate steam for sterilization purposes, it controls the on/off of its own heating wire through pressure switches, water level sensors, etc.
