In order to improve the separation effect of vapor and liquid, and also have the functions of defoaming and anti entrainment, the capture mode of this equipment is that the vapor and liquid tangent enters the concentrator to use centrifugal force and sedimentation in the tank, so that the material liquid for foam production can also achieve satisfactory separation effect.
4. For easy cleaning, a quick opening top cover is installed on top of the heater. And a manhole is installed in the evaporation tank for cleaning the inside of the tank.
