The electric distilled water dispenser is made of all stainless steel plate through stamping and advanced welding technology, which has the characteristics of corrosion resistance, aging resistance, easy operation, stable performance, safety and reliability, and long service life. It is widely used in hospitals, chemical engineering, scientific research units, and laboratories to produce distilled water.
The maintenance and upkeep of electric distilled water dispensers mainly include the following aspects:
• Regular cleaning and replacement of water source: Before each use, the inside of the evaporator should be washed, the stored water should be drained, and new water should be replaced. It is recommended to use deionized water instead of tap water to reduce the formation of scale.
• Check and clean scale: Regularly remove scale from the inner wall of the evaporator, the surface of the electric heating tube, the inner wall of the condenser, the surface of the condenser tube, and the outlet pipe of the condenser to avoid affecting the condensation effect, reducing thermal efficiency and blocking the pipeline, and reducing the service life.
• Maintenance of electric heating tube: The electric heating tube must be completely submerged in water before it can be powered on to avoid dry burning. When replacing the electric heating tube, ensure that the gasket at the joint is intact and sealed without water leakage, otherwise it may cause the electric heating tube to be punctured and damaged.
• Keep the instrument clean: Regularly clean the water stains, dust, rust, etc. inside the chassis to keep the instrument dry and clean. Ensure good sealing at all interfaces to prevent water and air leakage.
When not in use for a long time: If not in use for a long time, the remaining water in the distilled water tank should be drained and covered with a cloth.
• Shell grounding: Ensure good grounding of the shell to avoid safety hazards.
