Process principle of multifunctional extraction tank
Date: 2024-09-18Read: 5
A multifunctional extraction tank is an extraction tank that combines multiple functions into one, which can perform tasks such as fractionation, extraction, distillation, and volatile matter collection in the same device. The multifunctional extraction tank includes an operating system and equipment, which have higher efficiency and wider applicability compared to other extractors.
The multifunctional extraction tank utilizes the physical properties (such as boiling point, evaporation, solubility, etc.) and chemical properties (such as hydrophilicity and hydrophobicity) of the mixture to achieve the separation, extraction, extraction, or collection of substances.
The process principle of the multifunctional extraction tank mainly includes the following steps:
1. Feeding: Add the raw materials into the multifunctional extraction tank.
2. Fractionation: Using the different boiling points of raw materials, heating in a tank separates different components. High boiling point liquids or gases have higher boiling temperatures, while low boiling point liquids or gases have lower boiling temperatures. During the heating process, high boiling point liquids or gases can be separated.
3. Stem extraction: The principle of stem extraction is to separate the substances that need to be extracted from the raw materials. In a multifunctional extraction tank, highly compatible substances are dissolved in the solvent or absorbent by mixing it with the raw material and stirring thoroughly, resulting in a two-phase system. Thus, the substance to be extracted can be extracted from the raw material.
4. Distillation: Distillation is the process of separating substances by utilizing the varying degrees of alternating boiling between liquid and gas phases of a liquid mixture, resulting in differences in boiling points. In the multifunctional extraction tank, the mixture is heated in the tank to increase the temperature, causing the liquid to boil, and then converted back to liquid state in the pipeline through the refining of the condenser. In this way, separation between different components in the mixture can be achieved.
5. Separation of volatile substances: In a multifunctional extraction tank, due to the characteristics of volatile substances, when the mixture is heated, the volatile substances will first vaporize in the tank and then be cooled by a condenser to form a liquid, which becomes the collected substance.
