Process flow of electric capping machine

Electric capping machine is a commonly used packaging equipment with a wide range of applications, mainly used in packaging production lines in industries such as food, medicine, and chemical. At the same time as high-speed production, it can improve packaging quality and production efficiency, reduce the cost of manual production, and is an important equipment in modern efficient automation production.
The process principle of the electric capping machine is mainly to use the internal motor drive mechanism of the equipment to generate a high-speed rotating shaft. Through the cycloidal wheel of its center hole and relying on gear transmission, the sealing gasket is uniformly contracted to rotate the capping head. Realize the compression of the lid to complete the sealing work of the packaging box or bottle.

The entire capping process can be divided into the following steps:
1. Transfer installation
The installation of the turntable of the electric capping machine is a crucial step. Firstly, it is necessary to position and fix the turntable, determine the cover installation position, and set a suitable logic counter on the track, which can help you determine the number of covers to be installed.
2. Guidance of conveyor belt
Place the packaging box or bottle on the mechanical conveyor belt. The strap comes in different shapes and sizes, which can be selected according to the packaging you are using and adjusted as needed.
3. Needle valve of drainage mechanism
In general, the air compressor above the device will use a needle valve to discharge excess air.
4. The descent of the sealing gasket
As the mechanical device drives the sealing gasket downwards, it forms a circle. At the same time, the gears of the device start to move simultaneously.
5. Gear transmission
During the descent of the sealing gasket, the gear transmission begins to operate. Under the action of transmission, the mechanical device inside the equipment continuously rotates, while driving and rotating the sealing gasket and the capping head.
6. Rolling head cover
Under the pressure of the sealing gasket, the capping head rotates tightly and holds onto the bottle cap, pressing it even tighter. Complete the entire capping process.
7. Microscope for compressor (optional)
For low-speed equipment with precise positioning, a microscope can be installed to achieve more refined operation of the sealing operation, while also improving the control ability of the equipment.
