1、 Core work module
1. Squeezing strip system
Hopper: Designed with a large diameter (some models use conical or flipping plates), it is convenient for feeding and equipped with a pressure plate flipping mechanism to prevent the "shelf material" (overhead blockage) of the medicine. The medicine is extruded by a screw propeller and forms a uniform medicine strip through the dispensing nozzle. Some models support dual dispensing or triple dispensing modes to improve efficiency.

2. Pill making and molding system

3. Anti sticking treatment system
Alcohol anti sticking device: Before the medicine strip enters the pill making knife, the amount of alcohol dripping is controlled by a ball valve, and combined with the physical cleaning of the brush on the outside of the knife wheel, it prevents the medicine from sticking to the knife surface.
2、 Auxiliary function module
1. Power transmission components
The main motor drives the worm gear reducer or cycloidal pinwheel mechanism to ensure smooth squeezing and pill making actions; Some models use frequency conversion technology to independently regulate the speed of strip and pellet cutting, achieving power matching optimization.
2. Coating and drying unit
Integrated water pill coating machine (optional), achieves pill coloring or sugar coating wrapping through rotary polishing; Electric heating tubes or hot air modules provide low-temperature drying and synchronously complete pill shaping.
