The process principle of the fully automatic pill making machine mainly achieves the mechanized production of pills through the following steps:
1. Pre treatment of medicinal materials
Mix the evenly mixed powder with a binder (such as water, honey, extract, or paste) and stir to form a pliable drug pellet. Some devices support direct connection to the crusher for integrated processing.
2. Squeeze out the strip
The medicine group is forced to squeeze out medicine strips with the same diameter from the dispensing mouth through a screw propeller. The dispensing nozzle can be configured as a single or multiple nozzle, and some models adopt a flip plate pressing design to improve uniformity.
3. Pill making and molding
The medicine strips are synchronously introduced into the pill making blade wheel through the guide wheel and the strip straightener. The medicine strips are cut and round by the high-speed rotation of the double rubbing wheel, forming pills of uniform size. The blade wheel can be replaced to adapt to different specifications (usually 4-10mm).
4. Auxiliary functions
Speed control: Adjust the strip speed and pellet making wheel speed through a frequency converter to ensure synchronization.
Coating treatment: Some models integrate coating machines, which can simultaneously complete sugar coating or water coating wrapping.
Drying and shaping: Some production lines are equipped with drying or cooling devices, such as electric heating or low-temperature shaping assembly lines.
The core structure includes a stainless steel hopper, a screw propeller, a pellet cutter wheel, and a control system, which comply with GMP standards.
