The operation method of small spray dryer mainly includes equipment preparation, parameter setting, operation control, shutdown and cleaning, and the specific process is as follows:
Power on and initialization of equipment: First, check if the glass components (such as the drying chamber and cyclone separator) are fully installed. After confirming that the power is correctly connected, press the power control button to start the equipment. The indicator light will turn on to indicate that the power on is complete. After booting up, the system automatically enters the operation interface. Users can select manual or automatic control mode through the touch screen and enter the main control interface to prepare parameter settings.
Parameter setting and operation startup: set key parameters such as air inlet volume, air inlet temperature and spray volume on the touch screen; After clicking the run button, the system starts the blower and heater, gradually heating up to the preset temperature. At the same time, start the air compressor and adjust the flow of pure compressed air to the dual fluid nozzle through the glass rotameter. It is recommended that the flow be maintained at 600~800 liters/hour to optimize the spray effect; During this period, it is necessary to check the sealing of the pipeline and eliminate any air leaks.
Temperature balance and debugging: when the inlet air temperature reaches the set value, use pure water for spray debugging first; Adjust the pure water feed rate through a peristaltic pump and control the outlet temperature to the desired range (the outlet temperature reflects the upper limit of the product's heat load and avoids material damage caused by heat). After the operating conditions stabilize, switch the feed pipe to the prepared material solution and start the formal spraying process.
Shutdown and material collection: after the material is sprayed dry, continue to spray pure water for a period of time to remove the residual hose and nozzle; Click the one button shutdown button, the heater and peristaltic pump will automatically stop, and the fan will continue to run until the preset shutdown temperature is reached before cutting off the power. Finally, open the device to collect the products, disassemble the glass components and clean and wipe them one by one to ensure that the instrument is clean and ready for use.
Attention: Real time monitoring of status display (such as dynamic inlet and outlet temperatures) is required during operation to ensure stable parameters; When encountering faults, refer to common problem handling methods (such as atomizer blockage or wall sticking) to maintain efficient operation of the equipment.
