The measurement steps of stainless steel spherical concentrator include four stages: preparation before operation, start-up, normal operation, and shutdown. Each stage has specific operational requirements. During use, attention should be paid to parameter monitoring and adjustment, material characteristics considerations, cleaning and maintenance specifications, seal replacement requirements, regular inspection and maintenance, jacket liquid level management, material liquid level control, mechanical seal water blocking ring maintenance, safety protection measures, and compliance with GMP standards to ensure the normal operation of the equipment and the stability of product quality.
1. Preparation before operation
-Equipment inspection: Before operation, check whether the equipment, valves, and instruments are normal to ensure that the pipelines are unobstructed and there are no leaks. Subsequent operations can only be carried out after confirming that there are no abnormalities.
-Cleaning the tank: Carefully check whether the tank of the spherical concentrator has been cleaned to ensure that the material is not contaminated and to prevent impurities from affecting the accuracy of the measurement results.
-Valve position confirmation: Check whether each valve is in the correct opening and closing position, which is a key prerequisite for ensuring the normal operation of the entire system. Only after rechecking without errors can operation and use begin.
2. Driving phase
-Open the vacuum and liquid collection valves: First, open the vacuum valve and liquid collection valve, while keeping all other related valves closed.
-Feeding operation: Open the feeding valve and slowly add a certain amount of material. When the liquid is seen in the lower sight glass of the evaporator, close the feeding valve in a timely manner.
-Start the condensation system and cooling water circulation: Start the condenser and circulate the cooling water, and stabilize the water pressure within the range of 0.1~0.2 MPa to create suitable conditions for the subsequent evaporation and concentration process.
-Heating up: Slowly open the steam valve or electric heater, gradually raise the temperature to the required pressure, and put the various evaporators of the spherical concentrator into a thermal cycle state to promote the evaporation and concentration of materials.
3. Normal operation stage of stainless steel spherical concentrator
-Liquid level regulation and balance control: By adjusting the opening degree of each feed valve, the liquid level is accurately controlled to maintain a suitable height, achieving dynamic balance between the evaporation and replenishment of the liquid medicine, ensuring the stability and efficiency of the concentration process.
-Non condensable gas discharge: After a period of evaporation (such as about 2 hours), it is necessary to open the exhaust valve or bypass valve of the distillation kettle jacket to timely discharge the non condensable gas generated in the system, so as not to affect the vacuum degree and concentration effect.
-Management of condensate discharge: Conduct condensate discharge operations at regular intervals (approximately 60-120 minutes). The specific steps are as follows: first, close the water valve, then open the drain valve to make the water receiving tank switch from vacuum to empty state, and then open the drain valve to discharge the condensed water; After the condensate is drained, close the drain valve first, then close the exhaust valve and reopen the water valve to restore normal operation of the equipment.
4. Parking phase
-Stop steam supply and destroy vacuum: Close the steam valve and stop supplying steam to the system; Then close the vacuum butterfly valve and open the evaporator exhaust valve to destroy the vacuum environment inside the evaporator, preparing for the next step of operation.
-Discharge operation: Based on observing the evaporation situation inside the spherical pot and the amount of concentrated material in the receiving tank, discharge operation can be carried out when the expected amount is reached. First, turn off the electric heater to stop heating, then close the liquid collection valve, and open the discharge valve to discharge the concentrated paste.
-Drain the heat transfer oil: Drain the heat transfer oil from the concentrated pot jacket to complete the entire parking process.
