Taking the fixed chamber belt filter as an example. Only a few small belt filters can be installed as a whole machine, while most are assembled on site with components. The installation procedure is as follows:
(1) Rack, level the rack and frame at the same time, place the rack in place, and connect the racks according to the instructions in the manual. At the calibration level, the rack should be securely fixed.
(2) Tape and roller, fix the supporting roller of the tape on the frame, level it, and lay the rubber filter tape on the roller. Lift the driving roller and the driven roller to the middle, that is, the middle of the rubber filter belt, and then move them to both ends, install brackets and bearing seats, etc.
(3) Assembly and positioning of vacuum box components, connecting the vacuum box in sequence, and installing it on the frame together with the small rollers, lifting mechanism, winch frame, etc., and fixing the frame with bolts.
(4) Install belt filter feeding device, washing device small roller, filter cloth tensioning device, filter cloth deviation adjustment device, and scraper device.
(5) Install the rubber hose connecting the belt filter machine, ensuring a tight connection and no air leakage.
(6) Drive device, position the drive device frame, install the reducer and coupling, and ensure alignment.
(7) Stick the skirt edge to both sides of the rubber filter belt body.
(8) The pneumatic system, pneumatic control cabinet, and filter cloth tensioning and deviation adjustment cylinder are connected by high-pressure hoses.
(9) Pipeline system, connecting the feeding, washing, cleaning, and vacuum system pipelines.
(10) Electrical control system, connecting the electrical control cabinet with the drive motor, pneumatic control cabinet, switches, and pipeline valves.
(11) Belt filter cloth, place the tension roller of the filter cloth in the looser position of the filter cloth, find the direction arrow of the filter cloth movement, and then pass the filter cloth through the feeding box, washing box, driving roller, filter cloth tension and adjustment roller, idler roller, etc., flatten it, zip the two ends of the filter cloth together, and thread the steel wire. Before installing the filter cloth, check the flushing pipeline to ensure that all nozzles can flush the filter cloth thoroughly.
