Jiangsu Guolang Machinery GLZ-70 Intelligent Drying Granulation Machine Daily Maintenance Guide
Date: 2025-09-04Read: 2
Jiangsu Guolang Machinery GLZ-70 intelligent dry granulation machine is widely used in pharmaceutical, food, chemical and other fields due to its automated operation and stable granulation effect. To ensure the long-term stable operation of equipment, extend its service life, and reduce the probability of failure, it is necessary to strictly implement daily maintenance work. The specific points are as follows:
1、 Equipment cleaning: avoid material residue pollution
After each production is completed, the equipment should be thoroughly cleaned in a timely manner to prevent residual materials from clumping and mold growth, which may affect the quality of the next production.
1Body and feeding systemAfter turning off the power, wipe the surface of the machine with a dry soft cloth to remove dust; Disassemble the feeding hopper and mixing blade, rinse with clean water (if the material is prone to adhesion, neutral cleaner can be used), wipe dry after rinsing to ensure no residual moisture, and then reinstall and reset.
2Core components of granulationOpen the granulation chamber door, remove the pressure roller, mold, and scraper, clean the surface residual particles with a brush, and if there are stubborn adhesives, use a soft cloth dipped in a small amount of alcohol to gently wipe (avoid scratching with hard objects to prevent damage to the surface of the components); After cleaning, check if the surface of the components is intact, and then install them in place to ensure a tight fit.
3Discharge and screening systemClean the residual materials in the discharge port and screening device, use compressed air to blow away the fine powder in the gaps of the screening screen. If the screen is damaged, it should be replaced in a timely manner to avoid affecting the particle screening effect.
2、 Key component inspection: promptly identify anomalies
Before starting up and after production, it is necessary to inspect the key components of the equipment daily to ensure that there are no looseness, wear, or potential faults.
1Pressure roller and moldCheck whether there are scratches, dents or wear on the surface of the pressure roller, and whether the mold holes are blocked or deformed; If uneven wear of the pressure roller is found, its fit with the mold needs to be adjusted. If the mold hole is blocked, a special needle can be used to clean it. If it is severely blocked or deformed, the mold needs to be replaced.
2Transmission and connection componentsCheck if the connecting bolts between the motor, reducer, and granulation chamber are loose, and if there are cracks or looseness in the transmission belt; If the bolt is loose, it needs to be tightened with a torque wrench according to the specified torque. If the belt is loose, adjust the tension. If the crack is severe, replace the belt.
3Scraper and sealCheck if the blade of the scraper is sharp, and if there is passivation, grind it in a timely manner; Check whether the sealing strip of the granulation chamber door is aging or deformed, and whether there are foreign objects on the sealing surface. If the sealing is poor, replace the sealing strip and clean the sealing surface to prevent dust leakage during production.
3、 Lubrication and maintenance: reduce component wear and tear
The operation of the equipment relies on the smooth transmission of each component, and regular lubrication can reduce friction losses and extend component life. It is necessary to strictly follow the lubrication requirements for operation.
1Lubrication parts and grease selectionThe motor bearings and reducers need to be filled with special lubricating oil (recommended model according to the equipment manual, such as 46 # anti-wear hydraulic oil), and the pressure roller bearings need to be coated with high-temperature lubricating grease; It is prohibited to mix different types of grease to avoid the deterioration of grease and affect the lubrication effect.
2Lubrication cycle and dosageLubricating oil should be added to the motor bearings every 3 months, with a recommended amount to fill 1/2-2/3 of the bearing chamber each time; Replace the new oil after the first 100 hours of operation of the reducer, and replace it every 1000 hours thereafter; Apply lubricating grease to the roller bearings every 50 batches of material produced, with the amount used to cover the surface of the bearings.
3Check after lubricationAfter adding lubricating grease, start the equipment and let it idle for 5-10 minutes to observe for any abnormal noise or oil leakage, ensuring even lubrication and no excess grease overflow.
4、 Electrical system maintenance: ensuring safe operation
The electrical system is the core of equipment automation control and needs to be regularly inspected to prevent safety hazards such as short circuits and leakage.
1Wiring and connectorsCheck if the power and control cables are damaged or aged, and if the connectors are loose or oxidized; If the circuit is found to be damaged, it needs to be wrapped with insulating tape or replaced with wires. If the joint is oxidized, clean the oxide and re tighten it.
2Control panel and sensorsWipe the control panel with a dry soft cloth to remove surface dust, check whether the buttons and touch screen are sensitive, and whether the display is normal; Check if the wiring of temperature, pressure and other sensors is secure, calibrate the sensors regularly with standard instruments to ensure accurate detection data.
3Safety protection deviceTest whether the emergency stop button, overload protection, door interlock and other devices are effective. When the emergency stop button is pressed, the equipment should be stopped immediately. If the door is not tightly closed, the equipment cannot be started. If the protective device fails, it should be repaired or replaced in a timely manner.
5、 Long term shutdown protection: prevent equipment corrosion
If the equipment needs to be out of use for a long time (more than one month), protective measures should be taken to prevent component corrosion and electrical components from getting damp.
1Component protectionDisassemble detachable components such as pressure rollers, molds, and scrapers, clean them, apply rust proof oil, and store them separately in a dry and ventilated environment; The internal cavity of the equipment is covered with moisture-proof cloth to prevent dust and moisture from entering.
2Electrical moisture-proofTurn off the main power of the device, unplug the power cord, wrap the control panel and electrical box in a moisture-proof bag, regularly open the electrical box door for ventilation, and avoid damage to electrical components caused by moisture.
3regular inspectionConduct a visual inspection of the equipment every two weeks to check for rust on the body and dry storage environment for components. If any problems are found, they should be promptly addressed.
By implementing the above daily maintenance measures in a standardized manner, the operational stability of Jiangsu Guolang Machinery GLZ-70 intelligent dry granulation machine can be effectively guaranteed, the downtime caused by malfunctions can be reduced, and the granulation quality can continue to meet standards, providing reliable support for production efficiency.
