The WCSJ drug coarse crusher is a key equipment used in the pharmaceutical industry for pre crushing materials, and its efficient operation is crucial to the production process. To ensure operational safety, equipment stability, and product quality, the following are detailed precautions covering the entire process before, during, and after operation:
1、 Preparation before operation
•Equipment inspection and cleaning: Before starting, it is necessary to check whether the fasteners of each component of the equipment are tightened and whether the tightness of the belt is appropriate, in order to avoid faults caused by looseness during operation. At the same time, clean the interior and surrounding areas of the crushing chamber to ensure that there are no residual materials or foreign objects, preventing blockage or contamination.
•Lubrication system confirmation: Check if the amount of lubricating oil is sufficient, if there are no leaks in the lubrication system, ensure smooth operation of bearings and transmission components, and reduce the risk of wear.
•Electrical safety verification: Carefully inspect the power supply circuit to confirm that there is no damage, flashing, or loose joints, in order to prevent leakage or short circuit accidents.
•Material pretreatment: Conduct purity checks on the input materials, remove impurities such as metal hard objects, and avoid damaging cutting tools or causing combustion accidents. For oily or viscous materials (such as certain Chinese medicinal herbs), they need to be pre cut or dried to prevent adhesion to the sieve.
2、 Monitoring during operation
•Startup and operation specifications: Start the equipment in sequence according to the operation manual, and do not adjust parameters without authorization. After starting, idle for 1-2 minutes and observe whether the operation is smooth, whether there are any abnormal vibrations or noises.
•Feed control: Material input should be uniform and slow to avoid overloading or blockage caused by excessive use at once. Monitor the reading of the ammeter, and immediately reduce the feed rate if overloaded to prevent motor overheating and damage.
•Personnel safety protection: Keep any part of the body away from moving parts during operation. It is strictly prohibited to adjust, repair or clean the interior of the equipment while it is in operation. The machine must be stopped and the power must be cut off before proceeding.
•Environment and equipment status: Keep the work area clean and reduce the risk of slipping; Regularly check the temperature and vibration of the equipment, and immediately stop and report any abnormalities (such as excessive heating or abnormal noise).
3、 Post operation maintenance
•Shutdown and cleaning: Before shutting down, stop feeding and wait for the material to be completely discharged before shutting down the equipment to ensure no residue. Clean the crushing chamber and sieve to prevent any abnormalities during the next start-up.
•Daily maintenance: Turn off the power after completing the homework, clean the surface and internal dust accumulation of the equipment; Regularly replace worn parts to maintain equipment performance.
•Record and handover: Record daily operating time, material handling volume, and fault conditions for easy tracking and maintenance; Adhere to the shift handover system and clarify the equipment status.
4、 Special material handling
•Oily material processing: The "oil blending" method is used, which first crushes other materials into fine powder, and then gradually adds oily materials to absorb excess oil and reduce adhesion.
•Toxic material isolation: For highly toxic or irritating materials (such as Pinellia ternata and Aconitum), specialized equipment should be fixed and strictly sealed. Operators should wear protective equipment to avoid leakage or contact.
5、 General Safety Guidelines
•Training and Qualification: Operators need to receive professional training, be familiar with equipment performance and emergency measures, and are prohibited from operating without training.
•Protective equipment: Always wear a safety helmet, goggles, dust mask, and protective shoes to reduce the risk of occupational injury.
•Emergency response: In the event of equipment failure or accident, immediately shut down and report it. Forced operation or self handling is strictly prohibited.
