Working Principle:

Adopting a horizontal cylindrical structure, the structure is reasonable. Inflatable sealed drive shaft, can be switched to water during cleaning. Fluidized granulation results in approximately spherical particles with good flowability. Reduce adhesive by 25% compared to traditional processes and shorten drying time. Dry wet mixed granulation is completed in the same sealed container, reducing the process and complying with GMP standards. The entire operation has strict safety protection measures.

Usage description:

The powder material and adhesive are thoroughly mixed into a wet soft material in a cylindrical container through a bottom mixing slurry, and then cut into uniform wet particles by a high-speed grinding blade placed on the side. Short granulation time, efficient and energy-saving. When there is a significant difference between the main drug and excipients, uniform binding can still be achieved without delamination.
