How to set up an electronic scale with alarm function?
【JW-A1 electronic table scale】Method for setting upper and lower limit alarms for weighing alarm scales
Convert by Unit: Shift Press Peel Key: Increase Value Press Zero Key: Confirm Save

Set the upper limit
(For example, the upper limit is 48.5kg)
After starting up normally, long press the "Accumulate/Upper Limit" button for 3 seconds until "0000.00" appears. Press the "Peel" button 4 times to change the number to "0000.04", then press the "Unit Conversion" button to move the number forward by one digit (display "0000.40"), then press the "Peel" button to change the number to 8 (display "0000.48"), press the "Unit Conversion" button to shift (display "0004.80"), then press the "Peel" button to change the next digit to 5 (display "0004.85"), then press the "Unit Conversion" button to shift, and the window displays "0048.50". Press the "Set Zero" button to save the value.
How to set up an electronic scale with alarm function?
  Set lower limit
(For example, the lower limit is 46.5kg)
Long press the "Unit Conversion/Lower Limit" button for 3 seconds, and "0000.00" will appear. Press the "Peel" button 4 times to change the last digit displayed to 4 (the window displays "0000.04"), then press the "Unit Conversion" button once, the window displays "0000.40", and then press the "Peel" button to change the number to 6 (the window displays "0000.46"). Press the "Unit Conversion" button to shift, the window displays "0004.60", then press the "Peel" button to change the number to 5 (the window displays "0004.65"), and then press the "Unit Conversion" button to shift, the window displays "0046.50". Press the "Zero" button to save the numerical value

Precautions for selection and use
The Four Elements of Using an Electronic Balance
One is to preheat in advance. Electronic balances usually require preheating before use, and the preheating time for each balance is often different. Generally speaking, the higher the accuracy level of the balance, the longer the preheating time required. Preheating can be carried out according to the requirements in the balance user manual, and the preheating time can be extended if necessary (usually the lower the ambient temperature, the longer the preheating time). In fact, many users use the balance immediately, which cannot guarantee the measuring performance of the balance. Therefore, preheating the electronic balance is crucial for accuracy.
The second is environmental conditions. Environmental conditions are also an important factor affecting the metrological performance of electronic balances. If there is no special temperature limit in the operation manual of the electronic balance, the balance should work normally under the temperature conditions of -10 ℃~40 ℃; If there is a special temperature limit, the balance should operate under the specified temperature conditions; Electronic scales also have requirements for environmental humidity, such as Class I scales requiring a relative humidity of no more than 80%.
The third is the horizontal state. Generally, high-precision electronic scales are equipped with horizontal adjustment devices and leveling devices. During use, the horizontal status of the balance should be checked regularly. In fact, some users often neglect to check the horizontal state of the balance (electronic scales often have uneven or non horizontal corners due to movement or other reasons), which is also the main reason for inaccurate balance data.
Fourth, calibrate at any time.
Some people believe that electronic scales are accurate within their validity period after periodic calibration, but often overlook the importance of calibration and even do not undergo calibration. Little do we know that electronic scales often undergo subtle changes in their measuring performance due to environmental conditions, human factors, and other factors during use, which requires us to calibrate them in our daily use. So, how should we calibrate? Electronic scales should be calibrated daily or before each use, and the frequency of calibration can be increased if necessary. In theory, the higher the grade of the calibration weight, the better. Generally, the weight error should not exceed one-third of the maximum allowable error of the balance, and it should be regularly sent to the quality supervision department for inspection. If the error exceeds the standard, it should be sent to the quality supervision department for testing in a timely manner to avoid losses and harm to consumers.
