1、 Air-cooled refrigeration unit

The air-cooled refrigeration unit does not require an air-cooled water circulation device with a cooling tower. Impurities and dust are easily mixed into the cooling tower, causing blockages in the cooling water circulation circuit and a decrease in cooling capacity. Features: 1. The air-cooled refrigeration unit can be used in environments with poor impurities. 2. The air-cooled refrigeration unit is suitable for areas with poor water quality and can save other accessories for the cooling tower. 3. Adopting a large capacity condenser, it can operate easily even in hot weather.

The air-cooled refrigeration unit contains an insulated water tank and water pump inside its body, without the need for an additional cooling tower to dissipate heat. Installation and movement are very convenient. But it has high requirements for the working environment. Firstly, because it uses hot air circulation for cooling, if the ventilation effect of the installation workshop is not good, it will directly affect the cooling effect of the chiller. Also, if you want to place the chiller in a cleanroom with humidity requirements, I suggest you modify it to be water-cooled. Because air-cooled refrigeration units will spray water vapor at the top of the machine to dissipate heat.

2、 Water-cooled refrigeration unit

Water cooled refrigeration units can be divided into open chillers, sealed chillers (some called box chillers), and screw chillers. Water cooled refrigeration units require additional cooling towers and water pumps to extract hot water for heat dissipation. Only then can a better cooling effect be achieved. An open type chiller requires an additional water tank, while a sealed type does not need to be installed because it has a built-in water tank. Open type chillers are usually installed outside the workshop for easy maintenance, but due to their lack of aesthetic appeal, sealed water-cooled chillers have emerged. Sealed water-cooled chillers are a box structure that is easy to install and use, and are quite popular among current customer groups. But if you have a very high demand for refrigeration capacity, you will need to choose a screw type chiller, which we generally refer to as a chiller unit. Most manufacturers recommend using a screw type chiller if you require a compressor of 100HP or more for the chiller.

3、 Low temperature refrigeration unit

1. Low temperature screw ethylene glycol low-temperature refrigeration unit/saltwater low-temperature refrigeration unit:

Can provide low-temperature refrigerant ranging from -5 ℃ to -35 ℃; The cooling capacity range is 12KW-2000KW. The refrigerant can be ethylene glycol or calcium chloride aqueous solution (evaporator anti-corrosion design).

2. Double stage compression low-temperature refrigeration unit:

Using imported semi enclosed two-stage screw or piston compressors as the main engine, with high energy efficiency ratio; We can provide low-temperature process cooling sources ranging from -30 ℃ to -55 ℃, with a cooling capacity range of 5KW-500KW. Can be combined with single or multiple modules.

3. Stacked ultra-low temperature refrigeration unit:

There are binary stacked low-temperature refrigeration units (-40 ℃~-80 ℃) and ternary stacked low-temperature refrigeration units (-80 ℃~-120 ℃); Ethanol or dichloromethane can be used as refrigerants;

4、 Explosion proof refrigeration unit

Explosion proof refrigeration units are mainly used in special places such as flammable and explosive environments.
