What are the treatment methods for poor heat dissipation of screw chillers?

When the screw chiller has poor heat dissipation, the compressor efficiency decreases and the operating current increases; When the working pressure of the air-cooled high-pressure system rises to 24 kg/cm and the working pressure of the water-cooled high-pressure system rises to 20 kg/cm, the compressor is maintained and released through a high-voltage circuit breaker. The compressor stops running, and the high-pressure load with poor heat dissipation displays common fault codes or common fault markers. At the same time, check whether the cooling circulating water of the fiberglass cooling tower is normal, whether the cooling temperature is too high, whether the centrifugal pump of the cooling tower fan is normal, whether the gate valve of the cooling circulating water is open (please check whether the heat pipe radiator is dirty or blocked for air cooling), and then press the verification button or restart the screw chiller to see if it is normal.
If the screw chiller frequently experiences high pressure loads, please allocate a cleaning cooler as soon as possible.
The gas refrigerant used by the screw chiller generator unit when discharging from the air conditioning evaporator becomes high-pressure after the compressor shrinks and isolates. The reduced vapor refrigerant, waiting for cooling in the cooler, transforms into liquid refrigerant, expands to the bottom pressure through the overflow valve, and becomes a vapor compound. The liquid refrigerant of the screw chiller digests and absorbs the heat value of the chemical refrigerant in the air conditioning evaporator at low temperatures, and then converts into liquid refrigerant. The gaseous refrigerant economy pipeline enters the compressor again, gradually forming a new cycle. This article introduces the four complete processes of cooling cycle and the key principles of screw chiller.
