The structure of the high-speed mixing granulator mainly includes the following core components:
1. Mixing room
A closed container design, usually a horizontal cylindrical or conical structure, is used to contain materials and prevent dust from escaping. Some models use inflatable sealed drive shafts and support switching to water seal mode during cleaning.
2. Mixing system
Stirring paddle: A bottom or side mounted mixing paddle that achieves uniform mixing of materials and adhesives through three-dimensional motion, forming a moist soft material.
Transmission device: controls the speed of the mixing blade, and some equipment is equipped with dual speed motors to adapt to different process requirements.
3. Cutting mechanism
Side mounted high-speed crushing paddle or cutting blade, used to cut soft materials into uniform wet particles, with particle size adjustable by speed (typical range 20-80 mesh).
4. Auxiliary system
Adhesive addition system: precise spraying of adhesive, reducing the amount by 15% -25% compared to traditional processes.
Control system: Integrated PLC or touch screen, supports automatic/manual operation, parameters include time, speed, etc.
Discharge device: Pneumatic piston door or bottom discharge port to achieve rapid discharge of wet particles.
5. Safety and Materials
The fully enclosed design complies with GMP standards, with the main body made of SUS304 stainless steel and equipped with multiple safety protection measures.
