Principle Top Spray: Combining fluidization and airflow transportation The material in the hopper is pushed upwards by the airflow from bottom to top and enters the expansion chamber. Due to the increase in diameter, the flow velocity decreases and the fluidization state weakens. When the material overcomes the gradually weakening thrust due to its own gravity, it falls back into the hopper and forms a reciprocating flow state from the hopper to the expansion chamber. But the fluidized state is irregular and indescribable. Its characteristics are: reverse spraying of liquid, long droplet travel. Bottom spray: Combining fluidization and airflow transportation. Form a central ascending zone and a circumferential fluidized zone. The material in the central area is pushed by the airflow from bottom to top, moving towards the expansion chamber to form an upward zone. When its own gravity overcomes the gradually weakening thrust, it falls outside the circumference to form a downward zone. A cyclic flow state is formed from the center to the periphery, transforming random fluidization into regular flow. Its characteristics are: co directional spraying, nozzle buried in the material, short droplet travel; The probability of particle fluidization passing through sprayed liquid mist is equal; The particles are highly dense in the spray area. Replace the airflow distribution plate with different hole shapes and hole ratios; Improve airflow distribution to meet the requirements of different materials; The purification and filtration accuracy of process air meets the requirements of "GMP" (2010 version), and the final filter is placed after the heater.
