The process conditions were determined as follows: inlet air temperature of 172 ℃, outlet air temperature of 88 ℃, and feed concentration of 23%. The collection rate of the peptide powder obtained under these conditions was 91.28%, and the inhibition rate was 76.33%. The solubility and inhibition rate of the peptide powder were excellent, providing a theoretical basis for the industrial production of antioxidant peptide powder.
