In January 2008, after repeated recommendations and multiple screenings, based on the principles of good, medium, and comprehensive evaluation, the Party Committee of Jingang Town in Zhangjiagang City awarded our company and ten other units the title of "Excellent Unit of Science and Technology Innovation" (see Document No. 1 of 2008 issued by the Financial Committee), and awarded a bonus of 8000 yuan as encouragement. This is another recognition from the government department that our company has received, following our win of the "Touching Employee Award" in the first half of 2007.

Over the years, our company has recruited a large number of talents in pharmaceutical machinery and wet heat sterilization with a good research and development environment and effective incentive mechanism, establishing a strong R&D team. 2007 was the year of technological innovation for Shennong Company. Our company achieved a large harvest in product improvement and innovation, as well as in the development and research of new products. We successfully applied for 12 projects and received a reward of 54000 yuan from the municipal government and 18000 yuan from the town government. Our company is actively exploring overseas markets, and the CE certification work is nearing completion. With his talent and impressive performance, Chen Yuanhua, the CEO of Shennong Company, has successfully passed the assessment of the city's talent leadership group as the third batch of "Zhangjiagang Young and Middle aged Professional and Technical Personnel".

Jingang Town has a strong economic strength, ranking 110th among all strong towns in 2004 and 22nd among all towns in Jiangsu Province in 2006. With a total area of 125.9 square kilometers, it includes more than 3000 industrial enterprises in Nansha, Houcheng, Gangkou, Shuangshan and other areas. It is the "bridgehead" and "front sentry" of Zhangjiagang's port economic sector.
