The working principle of the rapid cooling sterilization cabinet is to use saturated steam as the sterilization medium, through the process of rapid cooling and heating, to kill bacteria and viruses on the surface of tableware in a short period of time, while preventing cross infection and reproduction. In addition, the rapid cooling sterilization cabinet can also quickly cool tableware, prevent thermal expansion, contraction, and fission, and extend the service life of tableware
The main structure of the rapid cooling sterilization cabinet includes the following parts:
Main control panel: used to control various parameters of the entire device, including disinfection time, temperature, and other settings.
