The sterilization transfer chamber adopts PLC and human-machine interface operation, applies excellent sealed double door transfer technology and sealed chamber automatic sterilization technology, and is equipped with an electric heating steam generation device. The entire process is fully automated and easy to operate. This machine is widely used for surface sterilization at room temperature in pharmaceutical, medical, hygiene, biological testing and other places.
The working process of the sterilization transfer chamber is divided into five stages: pre sterilization chamber airtightness testing, system preheating and dehumidification, microbial decontamination and sterilization, residue removal, and laminar ventilation. Below, the editor will briefly introduce to you:
1. Whether the airtightness test of the cabin before sterilization can meet the sterilization function and whether the airtightness meets the requirements.
1systemleakleak ratedetection——Inflate the sterilization chamber to the set pressure, maintain the pressure, and ensure that the leakage does not exceed the specified value within the set time, indicating that the system seal is intact and can enter the sterilization program.
2System preheating and dehumidification——Injecting clean and dry air into the cabin to maintain a low humidity level is beneficial for hydrogen peroxide sterilization.
3Sterilization Procedure——Input hydrogen peroxide vapor into the sterilization chamber, maintain the expected concentration of the sterilization chamber, keep the VHP concentration above the set concentration, and maintain the sterilization time for more than 30-60 minutes (chemical and biological test strips need to be used for verification);
4Remove residues——Stop inputting hydrogen peroxide vapor, switch the sterilization system to the residual removal system, circulate the hydrogen peroxide gas in the sterilization chamber through the catalyst for decomposition, rapidly reduce the concentration of hydrogen peroxide, and then ventilate to achieve hydrogen peroxide residue below 1PPM.
5Laminar ventilation——Turn on the air supply fan, adjust the fresh air valve and exhaust valve, and maintain a pressure difference of more than 10Pa between the cabin and the high-level cabin. The airflow can be horizontal unidirectional flow or vertical unidirectional flow. After sterilization and residual removal are completed, the cabin maintains laminar flow. Even after opening the high-level side door, the cabin still maintains laminar air supply.
