1、 Core technological advantages
The dialysis liquid filling production line of Jiangsu Weilong Intelligent adopts a fully enclosed 316L stainless steel flow channel design, combined with mirror polishing technology (roughness ≤ 0.8 μ m), to ensure that the risk of microbial residue is minimized. Its integrated CIP/SIP system supports 121 ℃ high-temperature steam penetration sterilization, with endotoxin residue strictly controlled within the standard of<0.25EU/ml, meeting the stringent requirements of medical preparation production.
In terms of filling accuracy, the servo piston measuring system has an error of ≤± 0.5%, and is equipped with real-time correction technology using weighing sensors to ensure consistency in the filling of 5-25L large barrels. For volatile components such as bicarbonate, negative pressure filling technology is used to effectively avoid the generation of bubbles. The filling of intravenous nutrient solution adopts nitrogen coverage technology to prolong the activity of fat soluble vitamins; Highly corrosive disinfectant is compatible with PTFE sealing components to ensure production safety.
3、 Process and Quality Assurance
The pre-treatment section of the production line uses a high-pressure spray system and disinfectant solution to clean empty bottles, while the air drying area uses clean airflow to quickly remove residual water droplets. The filling process adopts gravity flow or piston pressure technology, and the liquid level sensor dynamically adjusts the opening and closing of the valve to achieve precise control with minimal upgrade. The quality monitoring system includes a visual inspection system that automatically eliminates abnormal products such as insufficient liquid level and skewed lid.
4、 Safety and Maintenance Standards
