vacuum pumpThe oil needs to have a suitable viscosity, which can quickly start the vacuum pump at high temperatures, and the vacuum pump oil should have good sealing at low temperatures. There should be a lower temperature rise in the vacuum pump oil inside the pump. Does not contain light volatile components, increasing the oil return rate of the internal vacuum pump.
Vacuum pump maintenance tips:
1. Check whether there is any looseness in the vacuum pump pipeline and joint. Rotate the vacuum pump by hand to see if it is sensitive.
2. Remove the lubricating oil from the bearing body and check that the oil level is at the core line of the oil gauge. The lubricating oil should be replaced or replenished in a timely manner.
3. Unscrew the water inlet plug of the vacuum pump body and inject water or slurry.
4. Close the gate valve, inlet pressure gauge, and inlet vacuum gauge of the outlet pipeline.
5. Start the motor and try to see if the motor direction is incorrect.
6. Start the motor. After the vacuum pump runs abnormally, open the inlet pressure gauge and inlet vacuum pump of the vacuum pump, and gradually open the gate valve according to the predicted appropriate pressure. Simultaneously review the load condition of the motor.
7. Control the flow rate and elevation of the vacuum pump within the scale indicated on the label, in order to ensure that the vacuum pump operates at the maximum efficiency point and loses the maximum energy-saving motivation.
During the operation of the vacuum pump, the bearing temperature should not exceed the condition temperature by more than 35 ℃, and the lowest temperature should not exceed 80 ℃.
If any abnormal sound is found in the vacuum pump, it should be stopped immediately to investigate the cause.
When the vacuum pump needs to be idle, first open the gate valve and pressure gauge, and then idle the motor.
11. Within * months of operation, the vacuum pump needs to replace the lubricating oil every 100 hours. Currently, the oil should be changed every 500 hours.
12. Regularly adjust the packing gland to ensure that the dripping situation inside the packing chamber is abnormal and dripping out is appropriate.
13. Regularly review the wear condition of the shaft sleeve, and replace it promptly if there is significant wear.
When the vacuum pump is used in the cold and summer seasons, after parking, the drain plug at the bottom of the pump body should be unscrewed to drain the medium completely. Prevent frost cracking.
15. If the vacuum pump is not used for a long time, the entire pump should be disassembled, dried of moisture, and the rotating parts and joints should be coated with grease and stored properly.
