Structural characteristics of slide valve vacuum pump

Sliding valve vacuum pump is a commonly used oil sealed vacuum pump in the industrial field. Unlike other oil sealed vacuum pumps, its biggest feature is the mechanical movement of the slide valve rotor inside the pump, which changes the chamber volume to achieve a specific pumping mother. Therefore, slide valve vacuum pump is also a type of positive displacement pump.
Like other oil sealed vacuum pumps, it can also extract general gases or gases containing small amounts of condensable substances, and has a wide range of vacuum applications in different fields.
Like general rotary vane vacuum pumps, slide valve vacuum pumps are also divided into single-stage and two-stage types. Of course, according to their structural characteristics, there are two different structural forms: vertical and horizontal.
The ultimate vacuum value of a single-stage slide valve vacuum pump can generally reach 0.4 ^ -1.3 Pa, while the ultimate pressure of a two-stage slide valve vacuum pump can reach a range of 6 X 10-2---10 Pa.
In practical industrial applications, single-stage slide valve vacuum pumps are usually used for process requirements that exceed the general pumping speed of 150L/S.
Due to its structural characteristics, this pump has the advantages of being able to work under high pressure and poor pumping conditions for a long time, with a long service life. It has been widely used in various fields such as vacuum smelting, vacuum drying, vacuum coating, vacuum immersion and other vacuum operation fields.
Due to its durability, reliability, and ability to operate in harsh pumping environments, the slide valve pump can be used alone or as a pre pump for other vacuum pumps.
There are single-stage H-type and two-stage 2H type slide valve pumps: slide valve vacuum pumps are suitable for suctioning air and other general gases. When using gas dampers, they can also suck condensable gases (such as water vapor) containing small amounts on the palm.
When extracting gases with high oxygen content, explosiveness, corrosiveness to black metals, and chemical reactions to vacuum oil, additional devices should be installed.
This type of pump can be used alone or as a pre pump for high vacuum pumps such as diffusion pumps, oil booster pumps, Roots pumps, etc. Compared to rotary vane vacuum pumps, H-type slide valve pumps are more durable and have a longer service life. This pump is widely used in vacuum coating, vacuum heat treatment, vacuum sintering, molecular distillation, and aviation simulation tests.
Features:
1) After optimizing the design of the counterweight, there is less vibration and low noise.
2) The bearing sealing chamber is supplied with oil separately, separated from the pump chamber, to prevent impurities from entering the bearing and premature damage to the seal.
3) According to user requirements, a secondary oil tank can be attached to achieve the function of cooling vacuum oil and separating impurities.
4) Except for the old H-150, all motors are placed above the pump, with a compact structure and a small footprint
