Is low vacuum degree of vacuum pump a "disease" that causes "*"?

Low vacuum degree of vacuum pump is a 'disease'. To solve the problem, first understand the root cause:

1. The vacuum pump itself is leaking air:
1) The sealing ring is leaking air. Check the sealing condition of all sealing parts and replace damaged sealing rings,
2) The gasket of the pneumatic valve is damaged or not tightened. The gasket should be replaced and the gas damper tightened;
3) The exhaust valve plate is damaged and poorly sealed. The ventilation valve plate should be replaced;
4) When the partition is pressed into the vacuum pump, the interference is too large, causing deformation of the vacuum pump chamber and air leakage. The vacuum pump chamber should be repaired or replaced,
5) Due to poor oil sealing on the end face of the vacuum pump, air leakage occurred. The end cap should be removed to check for debris or unevenness, and cleaned or repaired.
2. There is an issue with the vacuum pump oil,
1) The oil level is too low. Sufficient oil should be added to the centerline of the oil gauge,
2) Oil is contaminated and its quality deteriorates. New oil should be replaced,
3) The oil grade does not match. The designated brand of vacuum pump oil should be replaced,
4) The oil circuit is blocked and the vacuum pump chamber is not maintaining an appropriate amount of oil. The oil inlet volume of the oil circuit and oil valve should be checked to keep the oil circuit unobstructed.
3. The filter screen at the air inlet is blocked. The filter should be removed, cleaned, and then reinstalled,
4. The spring of the rotor is deformed or broken, and the rotating plate is not functioning properly. The spring deformation should be repaired or replaced to ensure a good fit of the rotor's accumulated rotor blades,
5. The temperature of the vacuum pump is too high,
1) The temperature of the extracted gas is too high. The gas should be cooled before entering the vacuum pump,
2) Inhaling hard objects causes wear on the vacuum pump body. The vacuum pump should be disassembled to remove hard objects, and scratched parts should be repaired or replaced,
3) The cooling water flow of the vacuum pump is insufficient. We should increase the flow rate of cooling water,
4) Improper assembly causes displacement of the rotor axis, resulting in single-sided wear. It should be disassembled for inspection and reassembled.
6. Excessive fit clearance caused by poor processing or wear. The fit clearance between the vacuum pump chamber, rotor, rotor, and end cover plate should be checked, and repair or replacement should be carried out according to the specified accuracy requirements.
7. Friction heating during the operation of the vacuum pump causes excessive temperature rise, resulting in thinning of the vacuum pump oil and poor sealing performance. Cooling water should be supplied or an electric fan should be used to cool down. At the same time, the clearance between relevant components should be checked and repaired or replaced according to the specified accuracy requirements.
Adjustment of vacuum degree of vacuum pump:
Many miniature vacuum pumps do not have the function of adjusting the vacuum degree themselves, and can only be adjusted by adding valves. For example, a precision pressure relief valve is connected in series at the pumping end of the pump. When the vacuum degree is high, the valve is opened and the vacuum degree decreases. This type of pressure relief valve also has directional discharge of toxic gases and channels to the container, which many valves do not have. You can use an intelligent vacuum pump, which has a button on top to set negative pressure and a LCD panel to display negative pressure. There is also a knob that can adjust the flow rate. This type of intelligent vacuum pump is also known as an AC vacuum pump or a digital vacuum pump.
